Aims

To test the effect of four levels of management inputs on grain yield, quality and profitability.

Key messages
  • Calingiri generallly yielded higher than Arrino, had slightly higher protein and screenings.
  • The highest yielding treatment of each variety were the district input treatments.
  • The district input treatments of each variety returned the highest gross return per hectare and although Calingiri yielded higher, Arrino provided slighly higher returns, having slightly better grain quality.
