Aims

To assess grain quality, yield and suitability to the South West of Victoria. 

Key messages
  • As demonstrated by the results table (see attached trial report), yields of 5-6 t/ha where achieved in a year which included frost at the Streatham site. 
  • A number of breeding lines and control varieties are included to enable comparison between yield and growing characteristics.
