Aims
  • To identify optimum maturity profiles for improved suitability to crop-topping of chickpea.
Key messages
  • Chickpea are generally considered to be unsuited to crop-topping due to their high yield losses, and are the least suited of the four pulse crops commonly grown in South Australia.
