Aims

To provide background information for the development of more detailed studies in 2008.

Key messages
  • Plant establishment – Most varieties had establishment between 80 and 90 plants/m2.
  • CIPAL415 and Northfield were significantly lower at 65 plants/m2.
  • Grain yield – Yields were generally extremely low, so it is difficult too draw many conclusions from the data.
