Land and Water Australia trials

Land and Water Australia (LWA) was established in 1990 as one of the rural research and development corporations within the Australian Government Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry portfolio which fostered innovation in Australia’s agricultural production systems.

Land and Water Australia’s operations ceased on 30 June 2009. This involved the cancellation of a large number of contracts with university-based and other researchers across Australia, closing down many partly completed research projects.
