Trial location(s) Eradu, WA
Comparison of TT RRCL CANOLA systems and varieties - Triazine Tolerant locations
Aims

To assess the RR TT IT herbicide systems for weed control and grain production and compare grain values produced.

Key messages
  • The Hybrid CL, TT and RR canola varieties performed extremely well in this trial site in 2012.
  • A combination of hybrid vigour, superior yields and superior oil content made the hybrid varieties the top performers in each of the herbicide systems tested, even in light of the higher seed costs.
